Kenbright will treat all your personal information as private and confidential, even when you are no longer a customer. Nothing about your accounts, nor your name and address, will be disclosed to anyone except in the following circumstances or to the following classes of people:

  1. To Kenbright Individual Provident Fund and any other member of the permitted parties in any jurisdiction; and
  2. Where Kenbright is legally compelled to disclose information under Kenyan law or any foreign law applicable from time to time — including, without limitation, the United States' Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) or any similar law in any relevant jurisdiction, any anti-money-laundering legislation, and any data protection legislation.

How your application data is used

Information submitted through this online application — including your personal details, contact information, employment information, contribution preferences, source of funds, beneficiary nominations, and your ID or passport copy — is used solely to administer your membership of Kenbright Individual Provident Fund in accordance with the scheme's Trust Deed and Rules and applicable law, including the Data Protection Act, 2019 (Kenya).

Your uploaded identity document is stored in private, access-controlled cloud storage and is only accessible to authorized members of the Kenbright pension administration team.
